Our Licensing

We hold all the licenses to perform work in the DC Metro area. Our primary license is from the Maryland Home Improvement commission. License number #49261. Our Virginia Class A Contractor's License number is #2705-113570A. Washington DC Business License #7255.





Our Insurance

When you have work performed at your home or business, you want to be assured that the company you have hired carries the necessary liability insurance and workers compensation. Reputable companies will be able to produce an insurance certificate to prove they have insurance, and if necessary have your address specifically added to the policy. InstallationMasters, prompted by the Building Environment and Thermal Envelope Council (BETEC) through the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and development by the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA), is a nationwide training and certification program for new construction and replacement installers of windows and exterior glass doors in the residential and light commercial markets.

The program is designed to teach installers the best practices and installation techniques based on established industry standards. It provides an assurance that the installer has been trained and has passed the written test.

James Hardie Alliance Program

Installation Masters
This training program certifies thorough knowlege of James Hardie Siding products. Alliance members are part of an elite group of contractors who enjoy a close relationship with the James Hardie Corporation.
