A: For most services we cover Maryland (including Bethesda, Frederick,
Baltimore, Annapolis), Northern Virginia and Washington D.C.
Q: After I submit the free estimate request form, what
happens next?
A: Your information is
instantly sent to our customer service agents. They will call
you back as soon as possible, usually within a few business
hours.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my free estimate?
A: We will set up an
appointment for you in the next available convenient time
slot. Often that's the next day. Our home improvement experts
work 6 days a week from morning to evening.
Q: Will you sell my information to other companies or
put me on mailing lists?
A: No. We do follow up with clients
to schedule estimates and services and to ensure our service
has met your needs but we'll never add you to any lists.
Q: Do you provide any services that
are not mentioned on your estimate form or on this website?
Q:Does an estimator need to visit
my home to provide an estimate?
A: Yes. Since every project
is different we need to evaluate each one before we can give
you a price quote. We take pride in carefully going over your
project to make sure we've considered everything that's needed
to do a perfect job the first time.
Q: Who should be at home when the estimate is performed?
A: The home owner or home owners. Your estimator will provide
product and service options, important choices which only
the owner(s) can choose from. We cannot provide estimates
if only minors, renters, neighbors, or friends are available.
Q:What kind of financing do you provide?
A: We offer financing through Capital One. Our sales representative
can provide you with the forms you'll need to apply and give
you information about the latest rates. We also take major credit
cards.
